Jergens has a body lotion out that actually does work to minimize the appearance of hair growth and give you a longer waiting period between shaves... Jergens
Naturally Smooth Shave Minimizing Moisturizer. It actually does work as long as you remember to use it every day after you shower and every time you moisturize. Consistency is key...You can find this lotion at Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Walgreen's, Osco, Target, H.E.B.,. Many stores carry it. Fare Thee Well.

i think over time waxing is the key...by the time you are in your late 20's your growth slows down.
