Type national geographical society at yahoo search you will find their official website send mail to them explaining them about your work, experience, qualification, interests etc in detail so that in case they have an opening they will give you call else you will be on their rolls for future reference too.

I would assume if your photos are good enough, you can submit them to Nat' Geo and maybe they will hire you. Lots of mags use freelance photographers.
