Qwest. It's an environment where one cannot ever hope to make positive change. If you try to work outside your "boundaries" to accomplish something, then you're "not a team player." If you try to stick with taking care of your own responsibilities instead of covering someone else's ineptitude, then you "lack initiative."
All in the wonderful corporate environment of a windowless grey Cube Farm where fashionable clothing and golf scores mean more than personal accountability and performance.
I think I'll be scarred for life!
