i wanna drop 40 pounds all together...i need some tips.....

You can't drop 10 lbs in a week without starving yourself. Not a good plan. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, aim to lose no more than 1-3 lbs a week. Eat between 1200-1500 calories and exercise 30 min a day.

Eating less than 1200 calories a day - and that's depending on your size to begin with - will put your body into starvation mode and you'll GAIN weight because your body will hoarde every calorie you eat.

I would not suggest 10 pounds in a week. A reasonable thing to do is about 2-3 pounds a week. But 10 pounds is about 35,000 calories, so it is possible, but not probable.

I went from 215 to 185 in a month, by running to miles a day, i switched from drinking any pop to just water and tea. I would only eat chicken out, and i tried to keep active. I didnt find it that hard to do.

nice body you want... are you willing to work hard for it? like exercise on a regular basis, diet, resisiting temptations for food?
you may need to have cocnut virgin oil included. it works, i'm telling ya
