Orange do a 'find' service from their mobile phones. Also, your local paper usually has a list of chemists that are open - they take it in turns.

It used to be that Police Stations had a list of local pharmacies and their rota too.
Pharmacies had - generally - a rotation order and took it in turns to be open for Emergency prescriptions. but my knowledge on the subject may be well out of date on this.
