Concealer will brighten up your eyes and cover your circles.

With gorgeous bright green eyes, with hints of brown, and vivid bright eyeliner will certainly turn heads and brighten your eyes. Only a simple line. But don't be afraid to mix two colors, or even apply it in different places. (It doesn't always have to be on the top lid.) Your light olive skin is a great "backdrop" on the bold color. Pull back your hair so the black and bright color isn't too much of a contrast, but it is still a good one. It's makeup! Experiment!

Shimmering, gold eyeshadow can really compliment and bring out the copper flecks in your eyes and add warmth to your beautiful skin tone. It's more subtle than bright liner, but will definitely brighten you eyes, and overall complexion. More natural and subdued. Taupe's and browns work magically with green eyes to.

Bright liner should always go with neutral lips: peachy to nude. With gold eyeshadow, peachy pink works wonderfully. If you do a more dramatic "smokier" eye look (with neutrals only, never bright shades or ones that contain shimmer)
Your eyes and lips should never fight for attention, keep one subdued.

Dusting on loose powder keeps shine away, protects the longevity of you concealer or foundation (if needed) and is very comfortable and natural, but still polished and perfected.

All this can take a few minutes!

eyeliner/shadow -3 min.
concealer/foundation/powder- 8 min.
lipcolor -1 min.

total time 12 min.

Only about 5 products!

Hope I could help! ^_^

Sometimes the cure for black circles is the way you sleep. You should sleep with not only one pillow but maybe too. So your head is level to the rest of your body not down or up too far.
