Tomorrow I got a 2nd interview. The first time was with the HR lady and the Claims Supervisor. Tomorrow will be with the president of the company.

I did great on my first interview. I stated what I was looking for, how much money I am looking for, what type of employee I am, etc... And I connected great with the supervisor!

So what is going to happen and what are some good tips I can remember to go into this 2nd interview. I truly want this job!!!

Its for claims departments!

I already showed interest in the company at first interview. I check out their website and asked questions!

Since you've already met with the supervisor, this is probably just a formality. The supervisor may be new and the President (if it's a small company) might just want to verify that the superviosr made a good hiring choice. Let the President lead the conversation. If asked what questions you have, say the supervisor has already done a very good job of telling you about the company, so you don't have any unanswered questions (if this is true). Do some research about the company and be prepared to explain how you can help them meet their goals.

Good luck! And relax!

You did great, the first time now you just have to show a little consideration for the company asking some questions. Let her know that you really want this job and that you hope to stick around for a number of years. Its sounds like you did great the first time just relax and be yourself. Good luck.

You're looking good! They wouldn't be asking you to come back unless they really liked you.

Try to know something about the company so they know you cared enough to do your homework.

Unless you're a really good poker keep it truthful and honest. You don't want to come across as fake.

Good luck!

DO NOT TALK TO THE PRESIDENT ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY YOU EXPECT TO MAKE.

I am surprised they let you back for another interview.

You should be talking about all the skills you have to OFFER THEM, not what you want to get out of it.
