by the way, I have norton antivirus installed and up to date but it only caught a ( dialer.kotu ) and deleted it but still comes back.

ur web browser has been hijacked,,,,,u open www.download.com and plz download SpySpweeper (it is available for a trial of 14 days). it will remove all the virus/spyware/adware/browser hijackers. i think u r using Internet Explorer(IE)...i suggest u to use "Opera" or " Mozilla Firefox" as ur browser

You have spyware/adware in your computer. You need to get Norton Anti-virus and start your machine in safe mode and run the Norton...most times that'll clear it out.

Run virus scan and then install security pack2 from windows update site.

you went to that site at one time and clicked the ok button to down load a file that said your comp might be at risk from a viruse what you down loaded as a viruse that hijacked your browser you need a good vanti viruse program to clean it out you might try http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

I highly recommend you download SUPERantispyware. It will fix that problem. It is VERY VERY effective and it is free.
