I wish, I tried everything, this morning I took a Viagra and laid back down. Doesn't that damm pill get stuck in my throat and I nearly choke to death. Then after all that I get a stiff neck!!

On most circumstances yes, but there are some reasons they may not. It could be erectile disfunction or they may not have to pee. It's really unknown why it happens reguarly though.
