They need the url, which I guess. is the site where the problem happened. And they want the browser version. What do they mean by the browser version? Do they mean mine? I have signed up with road runner. Are they talking about that? I'm asking because I'm very new to the internet and doing things beyond my limited knowledge, and that's why I keep getting into trouble and creating many problems for myself. If anyone can guide me, please respond.

Guys! Thanks Here's the thing. I'm new to the internet and need very simple, basic jargon. Step by step.
to recap. I use internet explorer,, the one with the big E, whenever I go into the internet.
Next, the problem I'm having is my laptop, which came with many programs installed a Windows Media File. Somehow I botched it up. Now, when I go into that secret place where all the programs are And their size of installation----- across from the Windows Media File is blank. So, I suppose that that file has nothing, blank, notta, - and as a result-----that's probably why the movie-rental company can't locate the media file, so I can watch movies. Does this make sense?
I try to explain things very simply, because I got road runner involvd, microsoft, and now HP. But, of course, if there is something I can do, without getting any company involved---then that would keep my bloodpressure down. There are nice movies, but I can't watch them.

To make clear - the movie company won't let me watch movies, because they can't locate the media file.
