I'm going on a long ( flight ) trip on the same day my menstrual period is schedule.

nope no way oh well you have to deal if it happens and take tampons and pads

I'm not sure ther is a natural way. Deliberately stopping or delaying your period can result in hormonal difficulties for the rest of your life.

I'd just let mine run its course without delaying it.

yes there is(in the form of a pill)(not sure were your from im in england)if you go to your docs..explain what your doing and they will give you a pack of pills...you need to take them 3 days up to your period..you get given about 30 pills.but with out the pills uve no hope!! work well.all the best

If you are on the pill, just skip the white ones and start a new pack. It's ok to skip a period now and then. If you are not on the pill, I don't have any advice for you.

Not unless you're on the pill...only natural way is to get pregnant.
