If you are asking if any 1990 Firebird model is collectible: I'd have to say not particularly. To me, the most desireable ones will have the 5.7 liter (350 cubic inch) TPI (Tuned Port Injection) engine, which was only available on Formula and TransAm models, and only with a 4-speed automatic. Not a ton of horsepower by today's standards, but they really jump off the line at part throttle. Those long intake runners made the engine really torquey at low rpms. Careful, the 5.0 liter TPI is visually almost identical, although a few of those were made with manual transmission and that might be desireable from a driver's standpoint.
If you mean do they make a diecast car of the 1990 Firebird, I'm sure you could find one on ebay. Search "firebird diecast". The 1/24 size is around eight inches long, the 1/64 size is like a "Hot Wheels" size.
