Equality means equal treatment and rights, not preferred or quotas.
The time for affirmative action has come and gone. We should continue to prosecute or punish anyone caught of discrimination, but there should be no more boosts up. Everyone needs to stand on their own merits. No racism, sexism, or whatever ism, in either direction.

Affirmative actiton has only created reverse discrimination. Yes, it should be done away with. Sadly we will never do away with racism, but it will become fairly obvious very quickly who is practicing racism and we can then boycott those places.
