There is no "Right" age. You should not have sex until both of you are ready and can handle what may happen as a result.

I had sex at 14 and got pregnant at 15. Are you and your girlfriend ready and able to be parents? I would guess no.. and suggest waiting.
Sex shouldn't be rushed into just because. You should think long and hard. Is this person someone you want to be with, or are you considering sex just to get it over with, or because everyone else is doing it?
Talk to each other... find out why you are in such a rush. If it is for all the wrong reasons, then don't do it.

Whenever you are emotionally, physically, financially prepared for any unintended consequences. Condoms are only about 97% effective, and from your age I assume she's too young to get a morning after pill or be on birth control. Even a 3% chance is a huge problem if the behavior is repeated. At least since you're both so young you don't really need to worry about social diseases. But I wouldn't blame her or you for not wanting to do "it" since this is a time at which you are still extrememly emotionally vulnerable.

I started at 15 but that doesn't make it right. There is NO "right" age. It should be an age where you really realize the Physical, Mental, and emotional Issues that arise when you get intimate with some one. YOu could be a father and have to work and take care of a child or lse be hunted by the law and when you get a job you will have most of your money go to the baby and harly any for yourself. There are a lot of issues to deal with. The question you should better ask is, Are you prepared for that!? If you decide to go head and do it please use a condom. PLEASE?!

i started at 17, wish i had waited. i will tell you right now... you think you are confused now??? wait til you've had 3 or 4 or 5 partners... you'll start to wonder what love really is. sex is the ultimate way to show love. sure you may "love" this girl now but when it's done and you find a new one, you'll "love" her too, it will end and you'll "love" the next one and so on. so if you "loved" all these girls and none of them worked out, how will you know if you really loved them at all?

so when the right one comes along, and you know it... how will you be able to show her you truely love her? i mean you would have already given sex away like candy... so how else is there to show the ultimate love? there's not. DON'T START.

just go on hugging and kissing, making out, having fun, spending time together, making or buying gifts for each other, have good deep conversations, laugh alot and just enjoy your time together.

There really is no right age to begin having sex. You should wait until you are with someone that you want to share this special moment with. Also, never do anything that you're not ready to do, emotionally and physically. On a personal note, I lost my virginity at 14 and regretted not saving myself for the person I'm going to marry next month.

at least 3. I was 4 myself but running a little late. You're already 14? Everyone else has already long got started. you better catch up before time runs out. If you are so confused it might mean you are gay or just curious. quit wasting time with this girl.

PS when I had sex for the first time it was to some 15 y.o. slu+ who i have never seen since. Appearantly she got pregnant. If the baby was mine then I have never seen my daughter. Now that sucks. Something to think about for your little adolescent mind

14 is a bit too early to be thinking about having sex. What would you do if you happened to be a father at 15 or 16? Would you or your gf (if you have one) be able to handle that situation? Think about that for a moment and ask yourself if you would be ready for that and then you should be able to answer your original question.

At 14, you're definitely not ready. If you're confused about any aspect of sex, then you're not ready. If you have to ask what age is proper to start having sex, you're not ready. You should be having this conversation with your parents or a counselor or adult you trust.

age is not important, when you are ready to have sex and when you feel you will be comfortable with it all. if you are happy with your girlfriend and this is what you want and you are not being pressured then just do what makes you happy, i lost my virginity at 14 and i regreted it and wish i had waited but when you are in love it doesnt matter,
