Have your doctor check your progesterone levels. This is one of the most common reasons for early miscarriages. I have been through it 3 times, and then had a son. Try not to stress too much, because that is not good for you or your baby.

Do you know why you may have miscarried the first time? My first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. To prevent it from happening again, my OB had me take 200 mg. of progesterone a day thru my first trimester. Talk to you OB about your concerns. Stress is not good for a pregnancy, so you need to know what you can do to help prevent another miscarriage, which will also help get rid of your fears and stress as well. Best wishes for a healthy pregnancy and baby!!

oh hun, it is normal to have that fear. Don't think about it. the more you think about it the more stressed out you will be. Go to a spa, and get pampered with some friends, go baby clothes shopping, lay in bed and watch your favorite TV shows... take up a hobby something to get your mind off of it.

Try your very best to relax and be confident. Stress is very hard on you both. Go see a doctor then talk to friends and family as much as you need to, to help you focus through it.

If you can take off work and stay in bed until the 1st trimester is over then take it light, no heavy lifting or stress and that should do the trick.

I think every woman is scared when they become pregnant, so you're not alone. If you have a history of miscarriage I would insist your doctor see you immediately and do all he can. Otherwise, congratulations!!!!

your doctor did not order bed rest.? you need to see a reproductive specialist or ask your GYN for a referral because this is not good. are your stressing? maybe you need to stay in bed and see your doctors regularly. you need a complete exam ans tests to find out what is causing this. i will pray for you
