No, sperm does not make you gain weight. Are you exercising the same amount as you used to? You should be trying to eat healthy at this time, not more. And also don't forget to take your folic acid! Very important! It prevents the baby from getting spinabifida.

Just get out there and do some walking. Good luck!

It is somewhat normal to gain weight while trying to conceive. But that is only because of the stress that normally accompanies the whole process. It will make it harder to conceive the more stress your under and the more weight you gain. My advice- start going to the gym or exercising at home. It will reduce your stress and help you lose weight, which in turn makes you feel more sexy and put you in the mood a lot more!!

No, that shouldn't make you gain weight. However, if you are taking fertility medication or pregnancy vitamins, that might be doing it. Also, if you are stressing yourself about getting pregnant, that may be causing you to eat more. Another thought, if you and daddy-to-be are spending extra time trying to conceive, maybe you are spending less time being active...visiting friends, excercising, gardening, etc. Check out your lifestyle and I bet you'll find the answer there.
