Does the "file" input type exist in Pocket Internet Explorer on PDAs and Smartphones?

I'm talking about the "Browse" button to upload files in HTML forms. Does this feature exist in the Pocket IE browsers included in the recent versions of Microsoft Mobile operating system for smartphones and PDAs?

There is no browse button that I know of. There is file explorer to find the file. Then you open internet explorer and type in the path to the file name and it will open in explorer. My phone does not have a browse button in explorer, and my last one did not either, but just because I have not seen it does not mean that it does not exist somewhere. I just do not believe that it is a standard feature.
