I have the same problem! Try to avoid foods that expand. Crackers, bread.... you get the idea. Lean meats, fresh fruit, and vegetables are good. If that's not why, maybe it's gas. Try beano?

Your stomach is stretching out because of the food inside it. If you don't exercise, your stomach would swell up even more.

Is it accompanied by pain? Is it accompanied by a change in bathroom habits? If the answer is yes- you might have an intestinal problem. If the answer is no, then you just might be thin enough to see when you eat. It's okay- lots of girls are like that and nobody notices but you, and who you point it out to.

The second you hear your stomach growl even the smallest bit eat. because the hungrier you get, your stomach has to make what it has off of the old food apparently. And it opens up so you can fill it.

If it didnt I would say your in trouble! Your stomach needs to expand to hold the food you just ate. As your body processes it your stomach shrinks yes? Dont worry about it! Your a-ok ;)
