Probably there is a disk in your floppy drive and your bios is set to try booting from a floppy before booting from drive c.
If you don't have a disk in the drive you may need to take the computer to be fixed.

it simply said "I cannot find your hard disk drive" for a solution, you need to open your case and secure the cable connection. 90% of the time is because the cable connection get loose over the time. I mean both power connector and IDE/SATA cable. Reboot your computer after you check those, if it still indicate the same error, then you might have a Hard drive failure.
Another thing that you can check is to make sure you don't have any floppy disk in the drive before you boot your computer up.
Good luck

Usually it means that you have a floppy disk in your drive. DEpending on how you have your computer set up, it can also mean that there is a cd in your cd drive too. But first and formost, I would check and see if you have a floppy disk in your drive, pop it out and hit a key on the keyboard. If that doesn't work, you may have lost the system files on your hard drive... but if you weren't familiar with the error message, I wouldn't advise trying to reinstall everything yourself.

Normally you get this error if you have a Floppy Diskette in your Floppy Drive ( 3.5 Inch Drive). But if this is not the case or if you don't have any Floppy Diskette in that drive than it is probable that your Hard Disk drive is encountered and error or is going to die soon. It is also possible that somehow your Windows installation have become corrupt. If it is possible for you to boo into Windows, please do that and save your files and data etc. If this is not p[ossible then you have no option but to replace your Hard Disk drive and re-install or get Windows reinstalled.

Remove the floppy from that disk drive. That would be the first and immediate culprit. If there's no floppy there, then you installed system files in the hard disk have been corrupted, you will need to reinstall them from your installation CDs.

It probably means you need to take a disk left in the floppy drive when you boot up the PC.
