She means to say: she would like to exchange information/news/pics/etc on Harry Potter, in particular, of Harry Potter's 'world' and things like photos. And should you be interested in exchanging said information with her, write back to her. It sounds a bit like an unofficial and informal fan club. At least that's what I think she means...
