Can you tell how can I pick up the girl. Should I have to change something from the controllers menu ?

Get a good car like a cheetah in a good condition and drive up to a prostitute near Vice beach, if she likes it she will jump in and then drive to a seculded area where the "fun" begins. then again if you have completed the pizzaboy mission or have 100% completetion this little venture becomes useless.

You can't unless you're in a taxi. Or if you want in-game fun with a prostitute you just have to drive up to her. It's san andreas where you can pick up girls.
