Believe me.. it would be difficult.. at 17 years old.. JUST WAIT until 18.. one more short year. The procedures for emancipation are difficult and you have to pay to a lawyer and above, it might break/sever relations with your parents for good. Do think about it first.. put more thought into it and by then, you mightd bse 18??

It's too much legal hassle, as well as expensive; if at all possible, just wait out the year until you're 18. You'll achieve the same goal for free, automatically, by law.
