When you first get up grab a washcloth. Dampen it with cool water and let it set on your eyes. The coolness will help relive the puffiness. If you want to spend money, get on of the refrigerator packs. It's gel inside of a mask. Put it in the fridge and it's ready for in the morning. Let the washcloth or whatever you're going to use sit for about five minutes, or as long as you can handle it. You can get creams, the best would be anything using naturals, like Cucumbers, or potatoes. A very drastic quick fix it to grab a cotton ball and some rubbing alcohol. Rub it (EYES CLOSED!!!) across the upper eyelid and just across the top portion of your cheek bone. Not recommended simply because it's VERY drying, and can be very uncomfortable if your get the alcohol in your eyes.

Place a slice of cool cucumber on each eye and lay back and relax 10 minutes. Also hemorrhoidal cream applied lightly to those puffy areas will help. Sounds gross but it works.

Try puttin a warm washcloth over your eyes for 10-15 minutes! Wet the cloth, put it in the microwave for about 45 seconds, and apply it. This increases blood flow under the eyes and helps with dark circles or puffiness. You can apply an eye cream afterwards to help tighten the skin a little more, as under eye skin dosent have alot of elasticity in it.

The best trick is Preparation H....aka: Hemorrhoid cream....put a small amount under your eyes in the morning when you wake up for about 10-15 minutes and then wipe it off before washing your face. This is the best trick...especially for those who "party".
Trust me give it a try...heck even my boyfriend uses it...lol

I generally run wash cloths below freezing water and enable them to sit down down on my face for a mutually as. Or use some ice in a wash textile. It retains your eyes and cheeks from swelling greater. Take some ibuprofin or different anti-inflammatory. attempt to get the swelling to circulate down earlier mattress, or you will nevertheless be puffy once you awaken. stable luck!! :)

not sure if it really works, cause i never tried myself, but a friend told me, that if you put spoons in the freezer for a while and then place them on the area around your eyes, that it reduces puffiness
