only thing i can view from that is the email came from india and then was transfered to an email address in america.

As a 'hint' you can trace the IP numbers, I won't disclose here, how to do that, but simply state you can. However, tracing and pinging these numbers is ill-advised unless you know what your doing, also depending on your ISP they may reflect on your IP sniffing as a bad thing.
