u can do both things at a time
u can find a decent job in bank or finance company
mean while u complete ur masters in finance through correspondance and do the job also.

I have a Bachelor in Finance as well. I also have a MBA in Finance, Masters in Accounting and passed the CPA exam. When I graduated college it took me about a year to find a job. Hang in there you will find a job do not get discouraged. I have worked in a big bank in NYC and a couple of treasury departments for large corporations. I would look at banking or a corporate finance position (Treasury) for a company. As for as graduate school I would wait until you get a job and have the company pay for your masters. If you get an MBA you may want to do something different than finance, such as economics or accounting. It will give you more job opportunities with a broader educational background. Look at

Here's some information about positions and qualifications:

And here's an example of a professional assocation where you can network with finance professionals and get advice:
http://www.afponline.org/

The tough time you're having might have more to do with the way in which you are conducting your search than your qualifications. Try researching specific organizations that interest you. Get the name of someone to talk to in these organizations. Then, when you mail your resume, address to the hiring managers by name. In your cover letter, say something that indicates you know what's going on in that organization and then explain how your skills and knowledge can help them achieve their goals. Have many resumes--tailor each one to the particular position that interests you. This will set you apart from the reams and files of resumes that are not addressed to anyone in particular. It's a lot more work than sending off generic resumes through mass collection vehicles, but it gets results.

Good luck!

Ok you can try to get a job as personal banker for banks such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, WAMU and others. I would work for Wells Fargo because they have a more laid back environment though its a little competitive to get promoted

You can try to become a mortgage loan officer (though you didn't need to have a degree to become one though a finance degree really helps trust me)

You can go and work for non-profits try craigslist you and go under the headline NONPROFIT
