Some guys automatically do but everyone is different. It can take one second or up to five minutes. Some guys ejaculate and never know it.

When guy gets a *****(as you put it), ejac doesn't really happen automatically. He will ejac if the sexual act in itself is taking place or if he is being stimulated in some kind of way (like if you were giving him a hand job). There is also a such thing as pre-ejac where a little bit will ease out of the tip. Again, this will only happen if he's stimulated.

As for auto-fire, that's a big negative. If a guy walks into a room full of naked old people, that thing will shrink back to normal almost instantly.
