Is there anything safe to take? My doctor appt. was supposed to be tomorrow, but now there is a hurricane and I am pretty sure they are going to cancel it. So that leaves me with at least 1-2 more weeks without a doctor.

tylenol is recommended but if it doesn't work, try seeing a chiropractor. it worked for me.

As a matter of fact, I had a headache all day yesterday. I've suffered from migraines for years and the only thing that worked for me was Excedrin. But the back of the bottle says that taking it during the last trimester can cause damage and complicate labor. (i'm 33 wks) I started getting into the habit of putting a cold rag on my head. A headache is heat in your head so you need to cool down that part of you. Just take a nice soothing shower to relax your neck muscles...run a hand towel under cold water, rinse it, put it on your forehead and just lay down.

Tylenol is safe to take. You can also walk into a pharmacy and ask, they should be able to give you an answer. I, too, have headaches. Most of the time I relax and rest my eyes.

Tylenol is considered safe during pregnancy. But, I would suggest you to take enough rest, and relax. Becuase, you don't want to take too much medication during pregnancy.

The only thing I can suggest is tylenol. I would call your doctor though and ask them.

I know that you can take tylenol. Any strength. If you have any prescription tylenol that would be better, but regular should do the trick.

lay down in a dark room and put a hot wash cloth on you head and neck-there are things but no one knows for sure who has sensativities, for the babies sake try relaxation tech. no caffine, no salt and be sure it is not your B/P-if you think it is go to a clinic or ER
