It needs to be healthy looking, I already know what I'm doing for the unhealthy liver.

Use glue and let it dry on a sheet of wax paper, in the form you want as the fake liver, let it dry and then paint it. Peel it off the wax paper, and glue it on your poster board.

go to the butcher shop and tell them that you want a pigs liver and just stample that to posterboard

Paint some clay. How you paint it will determine how healthy your liver looks.

get a zucchini, cut holes in each end and put in 2 soda straws, then paint the whole thing brown, worked for me, got a blue ribbon for it in my H.S. science project, Jed Clampet H.S.
