The only way to tell the sex of oscars is when they start to breed. Do a water change and raise the temperatrue a bit.

The "male/female" fins are left for the livebearers not fish that reproduce by egglaying like yours. Actually, Oscars (and many other cichlids) can not be sexed by looks. Their body and finnage will be the same, until the female is producing eggs (at least 1 yr old). You have a tiger oscar and an albino tiger oscar, and in my experience the albinos(white/orage) grow much slower than their regular counterparts. Also, try to get them on a pellet diet, as pellets are much more nutritious and they have to eat less pellets to get the same nutrition and "fullness" than flakefood. Bio Blend or Cichlid gold work great. You can't miss the package, as it has an oscar on the front and choose your pellet size accordingly to the size your fish are.
