i am addicted to marlboro lights(smoked 9 years now and im 23)- trying to quit or at least smoke less- down to 1/4 pack a weekday but if i drink over the weekend then im back to a pack.......

I have been smoking since I was 16, so half of my life actually...
I started out smoking Marlboro reds and am now smoking Marlboro Ultra Light Menthols, lol...

I used to. But not since my dad was diagnosed with COPD. My grandmother died because of smoking. And now my dad is realy bad. he has a hard time breathing and I quit about 2 years ago after seeing him have an attack.

I smoked for almost 16 yr and quit cold turkey when I found out I was pregnant with my first child, havent touched one in 3.5 yrs =)
I wont tell you to quit, thats up to you cause I know how hard it was before all the times I tried but when I found out I was pregnant it wasnt hard
good luck on wether you quit or not, its not my place to tell you to stop =)

HI, girl, how r u doing today? Mostly I smoke my husband's cigarettes and don't inhale, but what I really love and can't afford to have them all the time is my stogies....now THAT'S a smoke!

I am sure your not alone but nope not me. tried it but never became addicted to it. I can smoke one and not have another one for years. Don't know why it becomes so addicting to some people. It didn't even help when I was stressed.

I've been a smoker for about 16 years...I have to have something to keep me sane...I know they keep tellin us it's bad for us...But you can die 1,000 different ways. Everytime you get in your car for example!!!
