When i get out of the shower, i use a buffing cream. After i use the cream, i then put on cetaphil lotion. I whipe my face off and it seems not oily. When i walk out of the house 30 min its oily again?
Any Suggestions?

Try using the right soap, read labels. Also moisturizers for oily skin.

I think that your skin care regimen is a good idea, and I'm not sure what else you could do besides use a drying soap, such as Ivory, on your face.
I wanted to mention that having oily skin will keep you looking younger longer, so don't hate it too much.

Clean and Clear acne medication that helps. However oily skin is a mixed blessing. You are assured that you will not have heavy wrinkles as you age.
