cellulose car paint?

I understand that in the UK from 1st Jan 2007 there will be a commercial ban on using cellulose paint systems for re finishing vehicles. Can anyone tell me if this means that cellulose paint will be completely unavailable or will it still be for sale for private use only ?

not sure about that but i have 4 & half litres of black cellulose for sale if u want any
