You didn't state wether you are overweight or not. There is a tissue area around the pubic area called a fat pad. The more weight you have gained, the smaller it makes your penis look. If that's the case, you can lose weight or even have the fat pad surgically reduced (lipo).

Forget about all the herbal/medicine/gimmicks that you find on the internet. They are gimmicks to get your money.

Your penis is a muscle. To a certain extent, you can make it grow.

Now if you are slim and unhappy with your size, there's a couple of things you can do, but neither is a short term solution.

1. Use a penis pump. Regular flow of blood to the penis gradually increases the size of the penis. you must do this for
30 minutes each day for at least a year. (keep in mind, you are doing it to keep blood in your penis, not to get off).

2. Use penis weights. They are weights that attach to your penis and gradually work out and stretch the muscle. This also takes several months.

3. Penile surgery. Works for some people, and not for others.

Ignore the coments others have made. Keep in mind that they will all click on the link below and will be reading along with you.

Don't forget to give me the 10 points.

If you're 22, it's not underdeveloped, it's just the size you got.

Sorry, this is an issue that has plagued mankind since the dawn of history.

Sadly, we sometimes need to go to the lowest common denominator and in this case, I think I need to. Are you spending time comparing penises? You should take up a different hobby. Penis length? With all the starving millions in the world and wars and terrorism, I don't think the length of your penis is a big issue. (Sorry, another sick pun) I honestly think this is tongue in cheek and if not, get on with your life.
