Homeopathic treatment to help gaining height: -
1.BACILLINUM 200
2.BARYTA CARB 200
Three drops each in a sip of water just once a week.
Follow it up with these Tissue Salts: -
1.CALC PHOS 6X
2.NAT MUR 6X
3.SILICEA 6X
Four tablets each all together 3 times a day half hour before meals on an empty stomach. After finishing the whole bottles of these salts (30 to 60 Days).
If you feel that they are not making a positive difference just raise the potency of these three salts and get them in 30 instead of 6X and keep taking them till they start showing positive results. These only help in the teenage years i.e growing years not afterwards. Absolutely Side effects and Complications free.
Keep me posted about your progress if you decide to take these remedies.
Take care and God Bless !

it depends on genetics and a lot of other facotrs.. BUT
also when did you start growing..i mean liek growth spurt.. after the first big grow spurt starts, usually after the next 3 eyars or so, you'll grow very fast. Later on it'll slow down..up until about 17-18 depending on the different people. LIke if they start their growth at 16..then it'll be later on.
same as me 5'3, 5'4. But are your parents tall? or you liek relatives, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents and so on and so forth.
if they tend to be tall then you're gonna be taller. If one or a few of them are really all, then hope that you inherit that XP
depedning on genetics, race and when you grow, you're average i think. For some reason, many, not all, kids that were born in china who've come to canada are like rather shorter than normal.
I mean in general.
90% of peopel i know htink i'm short...unless they're shorter than me =.='''

I know this isn't the answer to this question but your other question was closed. The man who did the card trick for the joke was Eric Mead, by the way he's a magician not a comedian :)
And to answer this question everyone grows differently so there may still be time for you to grow.
If you want to have some fun you can try this out and see how tall you should get based on genetics

Just note that this might not end up accurate.

I am not sure about such question about an individual, but most girls will continue to grow in average until the age of 22.
The growth might not be just in height, it might be in other areas.
So continue to jog/run/jump (for height), and do a lot of aerobic and anaerobic exercises, as well as eat healthily and get enough rest (sleep on time and wake up on time).

You still have more growing to do, you are only 14. You probably will not gain much more height, however. But women continue to grow until their 20s.

yes you'll probably keep growing. People said that I stopped growing at 13 but I've grown 3 inches since then. Most girls stop growing when they hit 16

Maybe but maybe not. If you are really curious you can have your doctor do a bone age screening which is basically an x-ray of your hand to measure the gaps still remaining between the bones... The idea being the larger the gaps the more room you still have to grow...

The "average" girl continues to grow about 2 inches after she starts menstruating. About 2 years after that first menstrual period, the growth plates in the bones close, and no further growth can take place.
