Ring tones? monthly fee? I have never heart of that... you pay one time and the tone is yours as buying in the stores. You probably are confuse with Caller tunes, that is a service and you have to pay for that monthly and you wont find a free service... Or simply you don't know what you ask... But good luck in whatever you are looking for...
