Don't laugh on that person. You should take care of that someone . The people who need a relieve to let it out their thoughts or problem will act like this. The person who don't have close and trust able siblings or friendship will search lot of ways to show or talk their problems. Some people act like this talk to the toilet or mirror. Some people create an imaginary friend to talk . These kind of people need counseling with any psychiatric therapy.

It means the toilet is a good friend. My friend's name is John but we call him Toilet. I met him when I was in boy scouts but we are all grown up now. Sometimes I call him up and we go drinking at bars and cruising to pick up chicks. I not only talk to Toilet but sometimes I smack him around a little bit for fun.

The only time I've ever spoken to a toilet was on one of those nights where I drank too much and spent the night leaning over it. There is usually a lot of cussing involved, along with some pleading and possibly some crying ;-)...
