It is quite normal and natural so don't let it worry you. Despite what they say 99% of people masturbate. It's just that in Victorian times it was frowned upon and the stigma has continued. In reality it release substances in the brain that give a feeling of relaxation, pleasure and contentment. On a medical note masturbation is actually good for you as a male since it stimulates the prostate gland and stops problems in later life. Do it whenever you feel the urge and enjoy it. After all, it's your body.

No effect. But it is advisable not to resort for masturbation at this age. Boys of this age should concentrate on their studies, for better future. Masturbation may give pleasure, but it may lead to a feeling to have more pleasure in sex act.
