i think it means -------when somebody looking at you when he/she is drunk..and fantasizing somebody else ..says... u r so beautiful .. thats the beauty drunken small eyes see and this quote is made ^-^

it means that different people see things differently, i. e. i may think a certain paining is the best thing since sliced bread, but you on the other hand, might wonder why it costs more than a dollar...it means that when you look at something (the eyes) you might or might not see the beauty in the thing....(beauty lies in them)...that's why some people like bush and some don't, and some people want to hack other's computers and others make up programs to protect you..that's also why there are so many conflicts in the world today...

It means beauty is a objective point of view and it various among people.
What you find average might be another person's beauty, there is no set of rule or right/wrong when defining what's beautiful.
When you find something beautiful, it is attractive to you. Some people might share that point of view, some may not. But all it matters is what you think of it.

Different people see beauty in different things. One mans trash might be another's gold. I could find one thing incredibly beautiful, and the person standing next to me to think that it isn't beautiful at all

i think it makes plenty of sense doll,if you are dating someone that people think isnt good enough for you because you can do better in their eyes ,they have no right to say that but all in all if you love that person then you are the beholder of the love,in your eyes babe

It means that just because I find something/someone beautiful doesn't mean you have to agree with me.
