I mean how do you know that she replaced you you two go to different high schools she had to make friends just like you had to. Plus your in the 12th grade and she is in the 11th so she might see you as leaving for college soon and she has to make new friends!! Talk to her about it and see since you two were best friends you should be able to talk to her and find out why!!

Because you are both growing up and surrounding yourselves with people who fit you better. It's completely natural and happens to everyone. It's very possible to maintain a friendship, but very healthy to be involved with your own things as well. High school is hard enough without worrying about your friends hanging out with other people. Have fun!

purely relish the time you spend with each of them. 2 friends are extra constructive than none. keep an open ideas about making new friends and per chance someone will sense about you the way Ashley feels about Julie.

It's sad, but the two of you are growing apart. You're going to different schools, and you can't expect her to not make any friends at her school and stay friends with just you. She didn't replace you- she's just making new friends.

It is called growing apart. As you get older, it happens in life so get used to it.

Maybe she grew you out, she grew up and you are not mature enough for her.
