For example, the CPU does it all the time. When the person with the ball is ahead of everyone else and going for a touchdown, he will hold the ball out and take bigger, slower steps, to celebrate. Does anyone know how to do this while you are playing?

hold down the dive button when you're within 15 yards of the end zone, and instead of running across the end zone you'll do a flip.
