Take her out to the most expensive restaurant somewhere and let her choose to eat and drink whatever she wants. Then you choose what you want to eat. With all that money you could
probably rent a limo along with the restaurant.
And a ring. Maybe if there is leftover money take her to a movie.

$400 is a lot of money!! You could go to dinner and see a show (play, comedy,etc). send her to get her hair, nails and facial earlier that day too....she will feel like a princess
