FYI to all you nonbelievers.. the Monkees DID do live concerts when they were a group, and they all do shows separately now. So keep that sort of nonsense to yourself.

No, but when they came to my hometown when I was a kid, I one $6.10 by guessing which Monkee would answer the phone in a radio station's 'Meet the Monkees' contest. Of course my parents had to drive me 20 miles across town to pick up a check for $6.10, but at least gas was under 35 cents a gallon in the 60s.

My mom went to a Monkees concert, back when she was in high school, many years ago.

Yes! I've been to 13 group and solo concerts over the past 5 years :) Still haven't caught Mike yet though...

I don't think The Monkees had concerts ... because then the terrible secret would be out that none of them actually know how to play instruments.
But I do enjoy their music, regardless.

Yes, in 1985 in Texas.... well, 3 of the 4 of them were there.

I set up a stage for them once but never got to the concert. :(
Wish I could have though. I suppose that doesn't count.

My Mother escaped from home back in the 60's against grandma and grandpa's will. She caught a taxi and went to chicago, from there she saw them.
