okay... so i am 12 yr. old. and i just started puberty....
my mom has made me wear a tank top under whatever i'm wearing. but just recently when i do that i can see my nipples going through.... what do i do?

try asking her that u need new underwear go to la senza girl the bras there are right over underwear talk to her about ur problen in the store or just use a diffrent tank top
it wont allways be like that itwill stop

For me nipples popped out when I was 13 but my mom won't let me wear a bra, but I wear sports bra. Sooooooooooo when I was 14 I started wearing bras

Try to talk yr mother round and says you need a Practise Bra! It will be a good start before you will get used to the normal ones.

Ask your mom to take you shopping for training bras with some lining, that will hide the nipples.

u need to wear a bra already. there are lots of bras for pre-teens like you. and for tank tops, don't forget to either wear clear straps or a strapless bra :-)

ask your mom if you can get some sort of training bras that are really thin and small or you can tell her that you can see them through your shirt. she will most likely get you a training bra then

get a bra with a little bit of padding in it to hide your nipples. :)

get a bra.talk to ur mom about it so she can take u to get one.dont get a fitted cup one tho.,ur not there yet.
