I just go outside and walk around in the woods with my dogs, I have a rock I can sit on and think about life or whatever crosses my mind.

There is a beautiful city park across the street from my house where I go for walks. I load up the MP3 player with some select tunes and go for a stroll by the river that runs through the park. My favorite time to do so is after dinner in Autumn when few others are out there. Talk about peaceful.

My favorite place to escape for quiet time is my home- I kick everybody else, and stay there lol

Our local park has tons of trails and hills to climb so I take a blanket, a good book and maybe a snack and I find a keep walking until I find a secluded, level spot to sit and relax

i know it might sound creepy but i love graveyards
everytime i wanna escape i go there, its so peacefull
n u can even cry there without people staring at u
when i was going throught hard times i even made midnightwalks to graveyards
i often fell asleep there aswell

@ home I'll go do yard work or something in the garage. @ work I'll shut my door and decompress for awhile. Sometimes I go for a walk outside.
