I would go with S. Jackson or Ronnie Brown. Both of them are the unquestioned starters on their teams. They will get the rock a lot and should both put up big numbers.

I'd take Lamont Jordan. The Raiders seem totally comitted to the run this year and he doesn't have a backup that can take a lot of snaps away. He can also receive the ball as well.
I'd also consider Rudi Johnson because the Bengals are such a good team and should score a lot of points. Only he has Chris Perry coming up behind him. So if you went for RJ, I'd pick up Perry in the late rounds.
