Can someone use a Belgium HGV licence to drive in Egland if they have been banned from driving HGVs in England

Yes. If you are a temporary visitor, your Belgian license is valid. If you hold a Belgian license but are permanently resident in the UK your entitlement will expire at age 45 or after 5 years living in the UK (whichever is later) and you will need to reapply.

Yes, just come over here and see the constant stream of foreign juggernauts on our roads.

You will also see British HGVs on the roads of Europe.

i am a hgv driver , your license will be a european driving license so you can drive in any european country

only short term, if you are to be a resident in the uk then you must take a LGV test. cost you about £2000.
