i can help you in the project. i am familiar with php java script and flash scripting. my yahoo id is salam_manam_amir and my email is [e-mail]
you can use the function math.random();
put it into a variable.
for example
random=math.random();
then you can work with this variable
this numbers have 4 digits for example like this 0.426
so you can mulpi them with 100 (42.6) then make it round with math.round(42.6); the answer would be 43 then use the number
