go to your setting and see given details are ok? or not? if its not change it if yes then remove your outlook exp. and re install outlook and make new setting for that. and then it will not come.and if there is norton firewall u should give permission in norton for senting your email through outlook so for temp. close your norton and see is it working now? if yes then see the seeting in norton and assing outlook there allow it there. u can see more info http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=813514 here....:)best of luck

Outlook cannot connect to your POP3 server. Check your settings to make sure the server is set up correctly and also make sure you are connected to the Internet.
