Be sure; it happens only in CorelDraw of quite often in other applications too.
U can change settings frm Control Panel>Mouse.
If this does not helps, go 4 new one.. preferable optical

My mouse started to go bad and did this. I'd buy a new one and see if it fixes the problem.

If you have an optical mouse, make sure the surface you are using it on is completely flat and has no bumps on it.

if its rollor mouse change it with lessor one and its a lessor mouse put a mouse pad it will not move soo fast,
