It all depends on the person. Like with my mother- in- law I hold a grudge just because I dont like her. With my husband I forgive but I dont forget. With my daughter I forgive & forget

Forgive but sometimes (not always) I can't forget. Depends on the severity of the offense.
Life is too short to hold a grudge and I believe the is always hope for reconciliation.

It depends . . . mostly I forgive; often I forget; sometimes I hold a grudge. But if the transgression is/was serious enough, I neither forgive nor forget.

I do forgive, and I don't hold grudges. However, I don't forget. If you forget lessons learned from past experiences they do you no good.

I find that I try and forgive and forget. Otherwise, anger can take over, and anger is one letter away from danger.
Besides, it takes to much effort to hold a grudge.
